The Corridor: Our Favorite Cocktails

It’s finally getting warmer and we are all excited to sit on the terraces of our favourite restaurants and bars again – either with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink in our hand. In case your drink of choice is a cocktail, our condolences for spending your entire income on loads of ice and very little cocktail. To prevent this from happening again, we have collected our editors’ most-loved cocktail recipes which require few ingredients and are easy to make. Sláinte!

Aperol Spritz

  • 60 ml Prosecco
  • 30 ml Aperol
  • 20 ml Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Orange Slice
Mojito

  • 4 Lime Wedges
  • 20 ml Sugar Syrup 
  • 8 – 12 Mint Leaves
  • 60 ml Light Rum
  • Crushed Ice
Espresso Martini

  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 20 ml Kahlúa
  • 1 shot Espresso
  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup
Negroni

  • 20 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 20 ml Campari 
  • 20 ml Gin
  • Ice
  • Orange twist
Aperol Spritz

  • 60 ml Prosecco
